Nothing is Impossible with God

Overcoming Struggles

Jesus said, “If? There are no ‘ifs’ among believers. Anything can happen.”Mark 9:23 (Message)

Almost everywhere you turn, anyplace in the world, people are facing ‘impossible’ circumstances. Regardless of who you are, you will face difficulties or sometimes even impossible situations. Notwithstanding, the depth of your circumstance does not justify or limit God’s power to work on your behalf.

Moses answered the people, “Don’t be afraid! Stand still, and see what the Lord will do to save you today. You will never see these Egyptians again.Exodus 14:13 (God’s Word Translation)

What is impossible to man is possible to God. What makes it possible is the power of God to provide and produce. Someone once said that “man’s extremity is God’s opportunity.” I think I understand where they were coming from with that statement. I am not saying they were incorrect but I am saying they were very possibly incomplete with that statement. What I mean by that is you do not have to reach your extreme to experience the power of God!

Our responsibility is to believe God from the beginning! If we fail to do so, if we fail to believe God from the beginning, we introduce turbulence into the atmosphere of our area of operation. In other words, failure to trust God, when facing difficult circumstances—introduces more difficulty, instead of presenting you with the answer.

Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.Proverbs 3:5 (KJV)

We are asking for trouble when we try to operate in our own understanding, and lean upon our experiences and intellect, to navigate life’s waters—instead of our faith in God. When we do this, we take what is supposed to be a spiritual thing—our believing and trusting in God—and we introduce to it this natural, fleshly, atmosphere that creates turbulence in our lives.

In other words, instead of just trusting God and His Word to make it through whatever you may be facing from the start, we try to rely on our experiences that are born in the sense realm which is this natural world. God gave us our natural five physical senses—the ability to hear, see, smell, taste and touch—to navigate, function in this physical world we live in and not the world of the spirit.

Although God gave us our natural physical senses, He also gave us faith to operate within the world of the Spirit—which is where God resides! The Spiritual realm is the source of all we are surrounded by in this world. When we have faith or exercise our belief in God and His Word we not only come in contact with God but we also come in contact with all He is capable of being for us!

This is the realm of possibility! The world we live in is full of limits and impossibilities—but there are no impossibilities with our God! When we believe God, we receive God’s power to make the impossible possible! Whatever may seem impossible to you at this moment, face it with faith in the power of God to turn it around and see what happens!

  1. Pastor Sebastian, God is using you in an awesome and mighty way! Your words always hold so much Truth. The comforting truth about the next election is that it won’t catch God unawares. I praise Him that He is in control and holds my future, what can man do to me? Blessings back,

Thank you Ellie! I apologize for the delayed response. Yes, God is in control but He has given the authority over to man and He needs His people to take a stand of righteousness and declare His Will herein the earth realm.

Unfortunately, we have given our authority over to this world’s system because we’ve been taught that it is easier to complain about what’s wrong than to do something about it.

But if we took God’s Word seriously and the charge we have been given to “occupy” this earth, I believe we will began to see wonderful change where we are. Blessings!
