Tonight’s Prayer Focus: Our Marriages
Marriages are under attack. But we are not weak but strong in the Lord! Let us determine in our hearts and minds to take a stand for our marriages!
Let’s pray:
Father, we thank you for the ability to withstand anything that comes against us. We place our faith in you where our marriages are concerned. We believe that godly marriages are dear to your heart and we want what you want.
Help us to not allow the attacks and struggles of life to affect our marriages but rather place our trust in you totally!
May we recognize the attempts to sow seeds of strife, resentment and anger in our relationship and to allow your love and peace to prevail in everything.
We thank you for your prevailing Goodness and Mercy that will lead us to be Godly examples of your Love!
We ask this in Jesus’ Name…Amen!

Thank you for this prayer. I have only been married for under two years and we have struggled to the point that my wife decided to move 250 miles away…Pastor, I ask for you to pray for us because I do believe in God’s word of marriage (we were married in Church and in front of God) and the sacred covenant that we made with God…Pastor, I humbly ask for your prayers for I have faith that God will allow us to become a testimony to Him and not just a statistic.

You’re welcome Brother Jeff and thank you for your response and prayer request. Of course I will be praying for and with you for the restoration of your marriage. Our Lord is a miracle worker…nothing is impossible with Him! When we place our unyielding faith and expectation in Him.
Father, I lift my brother and his marriage to you. I thank you for his heart and ask for a change of heart wherever its necessary. I also ask for the life of his marriage. Lord reveal to each of them the changes that are necessary and forgive each of them where it’s needed. I stand against things that working against them…in the name of Jesus! Thank you for hearing and helping in this…thank you for restoration! In Jesus’ Name…Amen!
