Faith in the Blessing of God

The blessing of the Lord, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it. (Proverbs 10:22)

God has given us His Blessing to benefit us in every area of our lives; BUT we must exercise faith in the Blessing for it to make a difference in our lives.

I think your point that it is not what we work for, but what God gives, that blesses is sound. And I agree with your proviso, that we should work as Paul insisted, especially for those who interfere with others in their idleness. So we work for Creator, not for mere money.

      • Sebastian says:

As needful as it may be in our lives, money is the great deceiver. People who trust in “uncertain riches” instead of the One who gives us all things richly to enjoy; will find themselves on the proverbial ‘short end of the stick’. Blessings!
