The word Amen is often used by Christians and non-Christian alike, at the close of a prayer or even in agreement of something said—it does not have to be in a religious setting. But Amen, when used, does signify your agreement with what has been said.
Concerning the Word of God in the life of the Believer, it is important that we accept what God is saying to us as truth and to say Amen! This says, ‘I agree’ or ‘it is truth’ and I will abide by it. Whenever the Word says that we are saved (delivered), healed, strong, or even prosperous—we should say AMEN!
There are too many defeated, dying, sinning, broke, and excuse-making Christians! We serve a mighty God…somebody say, Amen!!!

I shout AMEN! We have an awesome, wonderful, loving, forgiving and most Gracious God who could have just left the world to rot in our own putrid sin—yet, He sent His Only Begotten Son, Jesus Christ, to be born and live as a mere man, sinless in Himself, to die and take the “death” for our sins. If that doesn’t make a Christian want to “stand up and shout AMEN over and over again”…well… I’ll just leave it there.
